When in session, Provisional World Parliament elects chairpersons from among its own members (MPWPs & MWPs) for the purpose of coordinating the work of the Parliament. The chief presiding officer is the Speaker, and vice-chairpersons are the Deputy Speakers.

Parliament is not currently in session; therefore, the offices of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers are unoccupied. During the parliamentary recess, the roles of Speaker and Deputy Speakers remain vacant until the next session.
