Due to self-executing provisions of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth, upon its adoption by the Second World Constituent Assembly (1977), a Provisional World Government, was officially established on June 30, 1977.
Preparatory Commissions are established in order to proceed with the provisional world government. Provisional World Parliament (PWP) and Provisional World Executive (PWE) are other main organs of the Provisional World Government. The Provisional World Parliament has further established a Provisional World Judiciary and an Enforcement System Pro Tempore for the efficient operation of the World Government in its provisional stage.
