Provisional World Districts or Provisional World Electoral Districts are 1000 political or administrative divisions created for the purpose of organizing elections and ensuring equal representation, subject to redistricting every 5 or 10 years. Each electoral district represents approximately 9,539,918 (or roughly 9.54 million) people, based on the current estimated world population (9,539,918,089 on 31st Dec. 2024).
Contiguous Districts are combined to compose a total of twenty World Regions for the following purposes, but not limited thereto:
- for the election or appointment of certain world government officials;
- for administrative purposes;
- for composing various organs of the world government as enumerated in Article 4 of the constitution;
- for the functioning of the Judiciary, the Enforcement System, and the Ombudsmus, as well as
- for the functioning of any other organ or agency of the World Government.
