Provisional World Districts

(basic structure of the Provisional World Government)

Provisional World Districts or Provisional World Electoral Districts are 1000 political or administrative divisions created for the purpose of organizing elections and ensuring equal representation, subject to redistricting every 5 or 10 years. Each electoral district represents approximately 9,539,918 (or roughly 9.54 million) people, based on the current estimated world population (9,539,918,089 on 31st Dec. 2024).

Contiguous Districts are combined to compose a total of twenty World Regions for the following purposes, but not limited thereto:

  • for the election or appointment of certain world government officials;
  • for administrative purposes;
  • for composing various organs of the world government as enumerated in Article 4 of the constitution;
  • for the functioning of the Judiciary, the Enforcement System, and the Ombudsmus, as well as
  • for the functioning of any other organ or agency of the World Government.
