World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA) is a non-partisan, 501(c)(4) not-for-profit global organization constituting citizens and parliamentary members, with national branches and their local chapters. It is established as a maximalist platform advocating for the establishment of the world government under the Constitution for The Federation of Earth. WCPA does not engage in matters related to the United Nations or its charter reform.
On June 30, 1977, following the adoption of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth (CFoE), the Second World Constituent Assembly (2nd WCA) designated World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA) as the continuing agency to organize and develop all aspects of its plan to obtain the ratification and implementation of the constitution, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19.1 of Article 19 of the constitution. The Assembly further conferred upon the WCPA the authority to establish action groups as national branches and local chapters of the WCPA, and also permitted the affiliation of cooperating organizations with the WCPA.
